Please see:
You have selected that Connect Campaign for the above event which is the reason you are getting "donate" as a campaign. You need to update the campaign under the Basic Information page of the Event.

Hi, can you review my Salesforce cp app and connect account settings about the $0 receipts for additional donations? I have made all changes based on the recommendations on the link you provided and everyone still gets the donation receipts even though they did not make any donation. Example transactions ids are
60442-210224180722600, I have noticed in the order record that the connect campaign does not change from the default even though I created a new campaign connection in Salesforce and CONNECT called FY21 Solas, the campaign in the transaction still remains the default on of 'donate'.

The receipt which you are getting is Connect Patron Receipt and another one is the Event Attendee registration email.
We found only one registration email log and that is for Attendee:

Hi. No, the template has not been deleted. I just made a test registration order number 60442-210211051837737. I got two emails, one for the registration and another for a donation which has $0 amout. Since I did not donate anything I should get only one registration email and not two including the one for donation letter.

We reviewed the above order number but don't see any email logs in the registrant record.
Have you deleted the template? Search for the above template you have attached but unable to locate it.
Would you please do the test transaction with any of the levels and if you still get the donation email then please share the order number?

We reviewed one of your Event i.e: "Solas 2021 Virtual Celebration" and found that the registration email fired only for those who donated.

If you are referring to some other order numbers then please share them here so that we can review it.

Hi. I made this change, selected "Additional Donation" as an Item for only Donated people but nothing has changed, registrants with $0 donations are still getting the donation email. Did I miss something?

Yes, in the Registration email, you have to select "Additional Donation" as an Item for only Donated people:

with the above selection, only donated people will get emails.

Hi,
I have one more question. On our event registration page, there is an option to donate, however, everyone registering for the event is getting the donations thank you email even if they made $0 donation, Is there a way we can only send the donation letter to registrant who actually donated and those who did not donate should not get the email or donation later? Here is the event registration link:

As of now, the Events is not mobile responsive. It is a part of the 10.x release and as of now, there is no ETA.
However, there are simple steps you can take to ensure that the form will work on a phone. We have outlined that in the other post which might help you: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...9215#post39215

The registration forms I create in Click and Pledge when viewed on a mobile device do not show the "add" button unless the screen is scrolled to the right or minimized. This has deterred some people from using our online registration and calling our office. How can I make our registrations mobile responsive? Is there something I am doing incorrectly in the original template or settings. Our current event that I would like to correct this for is:

I have included a screen shot of the mobile view when our form is opened. Notice the add button does not show. You need to scroll over or minimize the screen. Since a lot of people don't know to do that, this is an issue that stops people from registering. Thanks for explaining how we can address this.1 PhotoTags: None
