  • "Add New Group/Attendees"

    Hello.
    Is there any way to change the wording of the registration form? We would like it to say "Add New Ticket" rather than "Add New Group/Attendees"

    Also, is there any way to change what is required on the payment information form? We would like to require a mailing address.

    Access has been granted for 1 week; our organization ID is 00D46000000q0Ls. Thank you!

    The first one is not possible. Regarding the required fields, you may make that field required under Form Fields:

      on the first one - ok, good to know!
      on the second - we don't want to require addresses for the "add an attendee" portion of the transaction, only for the "Processing Payment" section of the transaction. And is there a way to show the tax-deductible alongside the price and quantity fields (in the table), rather than (or in addition too) after the ticket has been added to the transaction?

        Q: we don't want to require addresses for the "add an attendee" portion of the transaction, only for the "Processing Payment" section of the transaction.

        A: You may select the Level from the drop-down menu and make the changes to the Attendee contact fields:
