"State" field not working

  • "State" field not working

    The state field on my forum isn't working properly. It's displayed but it doesn't let me select anything. It's a required field so I can't move forward in the process.

      Good day @AlexSH

      Please note that as per our new update Country is required for State picklist and in your case, the country is not required field which is the reason state options not display:

      Please make it required and it will display the state picklist.

        Okay. Even with the country and state checked in both boxes on the form country isn't displayed and state still isn't operable. Please help!

          It was not checked. However, we have checked those as required and it is working fine now.

            I'm not sure if I'm losing my mind or if it's a browser issue or what, but it's still not working for this field. I've taken screenshots to prove that the necessary items are checked. What am I missing? Please help.

              Hello. Any chance you are able to look at my last problem? The other two were fixed. I'm not sure why I can't fix them on my end. I'm on the support line now but no C and P representative is coming on. Others are on the line too saying they had this experience yesterday with no one showing up. Hoping to figure out why I'm having issues with the "state" field, as seen in my post above.

                I figured out the issue. I was on the registrant tab and not the tab i needed to be on. I fixed the issue. Thank you!
