    I see that you now have your SPF DNS record set up correctly. This is the reason you are now getting receipts.
    Just so you understand, there is no difference in the way the receipts are delivered if you change the design. Although there may be some key words or phrases, or the inclusion of certain attachments, that may result in your email server classifying the email as junk-mail, most changes you make to the default design will not affect delivery.

    I have narrowed down the issue on this - at least I think I have. I took of the "custom receipt" in Connect, going to the system default. I made a test donation and immediate got both the patron and internal notification receipts. Therefore, there's a problem in my custom receipt. Could you please look at it again? It's the only one for the organization - Bowling 2018. Many Thanks!

    Receipt emails for css-md.org are being blocked by DMARC policy as your diagnostic code indicates. I checked our outbound servers show multiple blocks for this reason. I checked your DNS settings for that domain and you specify SPF settings but do not include Click & Pledge servers. Please see the SPF instructions in http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ceipt-delivery for instructions on how to correct that..
    FYI - css-md.org is hosted by Google which enforces DMARC, keenstlouis.org doesn't have SPF defined either but it is hosted by a smaller email service provider which may not enforce DMARC.

    No, I checked spam, plus I am getting receipts for other organizations with C&P I manage. If I add my work address to the duplicate receipt, I get that one just fine. That, and a forwarding error message from my work address to my google account makes me believe the issue is the "sent from" address. It's a clean address on the ones I get, and a complicated one that I think google is rejecting. Here is the google message: We're sorry; your message to "[email protected]" has failed. The recipient's mail server responded with: "Diagnostic-code 550 - (5.7.1 DMARC initiative. i53-v6si1547034wrf.334 - gsmtp)". Please check the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces and resend. Thank you.
    The C&P receipts I'm not getting come from "a******[email protected] on behalf of Community Support Service, Inc. <a******[email protected]> "
    The C&P receipts I do get just fine come from "[email protected] via clickandpledge.cc"

    This may be too confusing - I will try to be on the support call this afternoon.

    Strange! we don't see any reason for NOT firing the receipt. I am wondering if our receipts are being blocked or ending up in a spam folder. Please let check email/spam/junk/ folder for the Receipt.

    I have not gotten receipts as either the donor or the organization for the Campaign Bowling 2018 in Events. I have a custom receipt built in Connect, which I have tied to, but I'm not getting either the default or custom receipt.
