Attempt to de-reference a null object

We reviewed and discovered that you have added the Attendees manually to the registrant which is causing issues with reports.

We reviewed one of the following order#1701301613335103075 and found that there are TWO additional Attendees added manually. We DON'T recommend adding manually as it is having cascading effects which includes Inventory, Discounts..etc.



However, in order to resolve the issue, you will need to delete those manually added attendees from all of those registrations.

We are receiving an error message when attempting to pull the Attendee Information report for a past event. The error reads "Attempt to de-reference a null object An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)". The event in question is "Conversation and Book Signing with John Heubusch. Mar. 14, 2017" with event ID a2336000000tJf6AAE. We have not been able to determine what is causing the error. Could you please take a look? I have granted 1-week access to C&P Support, our org ID is 00D36000001Hqbc.
