  • Events: Levels and Opportunities

Is there a way to set up the mapping between registrations and Opportunities so that each level gets one Opportunity regardless of how many tickets are chosen? As it stands now, even if naming is not chosen, if someone chooses 3 tickets (for example) each ticket gets mapped to its own Opportunity in Salesforce.

    Good day @ndlugajczyk

NO, Each item in the basket is one opportunity. Our system relies on the Salesforce definition of opportunity and uses the opportunity to create autoresponder based on the item purchased.

    Hope that answers your question.

Are there any plans on changing this to map to, say, products? This is a huge issue for my nonprofit since an organization might by a sponsorship that includes tickets, but what we really care about in reports is the full sponsorship amount.
