I am testing transactions through the Swiper for our upcoming luncheon. For these types of opportunities, we use Salesforce Auctions to make an Auction item, then make a SKU for each item, and then put the items into the Swiper1 app. We have done this multiple times with multiple events and the SKUs seem to work. This time, I included a "donation" item that has a fill-in amount. It is a "donation" auction item in Salesforce Auctions, has a SKU (dona-18HL), and has been entered into the Swiper1.
Unfortunately, the donation item SKU doesn't seem to be working and has been placed into an "Unrestricted Fund" on the opportunity while the other 2 items and opportunities have correctly been placed in the correct "Primary Fund", correct "Campaign Source", and correct "Event ID".
