  • Box Office not working in Lightning; Where purchase Swiper1?

    Hi!

    Event box office doesn't seem to be working when in Lightning. Page just is empty when clicked.

    Org: 00D6A000001iJUV

    I have given 7-day access to C&P.

    Additionally, Swiper1 hasn't been available for purchase for a while on Amazon. Where can I purchase the Swiper1 device?

    Can you check now, we fixed at settings:

    Setup >> Session Settings >> Clickjack Protection:

    Highlighted settings were checked, we unchecked in order to solve the issue.

      Thanks. Totally works. Thought it might be a simple setting. Thank you.
      Three additional things:

      1) Can you please let me know where I can find a Swiper1 to purchase? They are not in stock at Amazon.

      2) When I deactivate the C&P Contact Record Type, C&P functionality breaks when a donation comes in. Error received: "Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 0036A00000Rt16AQAR; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY, invalid record type: []" I reactivated for now, but I'd like to deactivate and I'm not sure why it's not letting me. I changed the Contact record type in C&P settings, etc. Maybe I missed something.

      3) I have a very, very strange error when adding an attendee to an event.

      To replicate:

      a.Go to Event Management -> Event: Test -> Box Office
      b. Click on Register:Add for Standard Level
      c. Add an Attendee - Existing Patron = Test Test
      d. repeat b and c with a non-existing patron (i.e. only first and last name) so two attendees are created.
      e. check out and "Copy from" Test-Test for payment (I.e. Patron from c. is used in payment portal)
      f. Process Payment (Event is in Test mode)
      g. Find Test Test Contact: https://na50.lightning.force.com/one...0Rt16AQAR/view
      h. confirm that two Opportunities were created for the attendees at $150
      i. Click on one of those two Opportunities and then click on the lookup link in field C&P Event Registered Attendee
      j. On the C&P Event Registered Attendee, note the Contact right underneath the Attendee Name
      k. do this for both Opportunities

      Error is: For the Test Test Registered Attendee, it autolinks to the correct Contact Record, i.e. Test Test Registered Attendee is Test Test Contact; however, for the other Registered Attendee the system is attaching it to a random Contact and I don't understand why. Below is a screenshot of the Registered Attendee record from my test which shows the other Registered Attendee and it being connected to Contact: Adriana Deneault.


      Any help on these three issues would be much appreciated.

        1. Sorry, we are sold out. We will update you once we have stock back in the store.

        2. Once you deactivate the record type, you will need to update the same at C&P Settings to avoid the error.

        3. We reviewed and found that the contact which you are referring to attendee named "Another Person" has been merged with the following contact "Adriana Deneault" which is the reason system is attaching that contact to "Adriana Deneault" as Alias:

          2. Once you deactivate the record type, you will need to update the same at C&P Settings to avoid the error.

          I did do this and I received the error. When you say you need to update the same at C&P Settings I'm assuming you mean Settings->Contacts&Accounts->Record Types. If you look at the org this has been done; however when I deactivate that Record Type on the Contact I receive that error. This is still not resolved.

          This was not particularly helpful. Yes, this is being done by Click and Pledge. This is an error and it is wrong. So how do I insure this doesn't happen again? It happens with any attendee. I could put in asg asdflkj and it would find a Contact to merge with. So this is also unresolved and I need to know how to fix this.

          I just did an Attendee with First Name: LiterallyDoeswithAnyone Last Name: CPError and it merged that temp contact with Adriana as well: https://na50.lightning.force.com/one...00i9BRUAY/view

            Would you please share the contact record type which you have deactivated?

            Regarding the second question, please process a transaction through Events and share the order number without processing it from Temp contact so that we can process and see what is going on.
