    The reason it is not mapping that field because of the following:

    You must exclude the colon ":" from the Mapping. The actually question through Events doesn't have colon : included in the question. Please note that in order to map the question and answer the condition should satisfy.

    Doing some more research... I figured out where these fields are coming from, sort of. But I don't see how to map them to anything in Salesforce which is what I'm trying to do, need to do. If there is documentation somewhere that will tell me how to do all of this I'm happy to read it, just point me to it.

    Hi,
    Sure. I'll try to be clear about what I need. For example, I see the question "Organization/Workplace*" on the form. And I see the data in the transaction in Salesforce. But I don't see any way to reference or use the data value anywhere else.

    An analogy: We have a donation page on the firm's website and the custom questions appear in the C&P Settings area in Salesforce under the Custom Questions Map and I can then put that data into a field in the Opportunity Record.

    On the second page you'll see the Organization/Workplace* field under the "Additional Registration Information" section. I don't see a corresponding processing option in either C&P Settings or C&P Event Management.

    On the C&P Event Management page under Events/2018 Lip.../Form Fields, we have two Form Fields under Additional Registration Information.
    >Organization/Workplace*
    >How did you hear about this event?*

    I can see a field and its value in the C&P Data Transaction:
    <CustomField>
    <FieldName>Organization/Workplace</FieldName>
    <FieldValue>Mr.</FieldValue>
    </CustomField>

    It is not clear how I can use either of these fields to build the Donation Name in Salesforce in C&P Settings/Opportunity. Or, indeed, how I can even reference and use the data anywhere. I'm sure it is something simple but I don't see it.
