Event Management Issue

Hi,

we are attempting to adjust the number of registrations included for an upcoming event and when I edit level 5 it won't allow me to make the edit. I made the campaign inactive and I still couldn't adjust the level. Can you please advise on how best to make an adjustment - thanks.

2018 Dinner Party is the event and the org Id is - 00DA0000000IGMz

I have granted login access.

That is an expected behavior. Once the Ticket has been sold for a Level, the Registration Included is NOT editable.

Ok. So if you want to adjust the approach would be to add a new level, right?

Yes, you have to create a new level.
