  • Event transaction disappeared

I processed a registration for our golf tournament through the Box Office. The CC processed, a donation page was made and all was well. When I went to balance totals couple of days later, could not balance and discovered that that transaction seems to be completely gone - no transaction page comes up and the donation page is also gone. Help! I've granted you access. Org ID: 00DA0000000Zunn It's the order # 28233-1803161203158811001 for $1410.

I didn't know I had deleted it. It is very confusing for us to have someone pay for a sponsorship and 4 super tickets and then have 5 donation pages be made, 4 of them for $40 each. So I have been combining into one donation page (the one made by the $1000 sponsorship) so the amt shown on the donation page matches the total amt of the charge. Once I do that, I delete the 4 super ticket transactions. Guess I accidentally deleted the sponsorship one. Do you have a suggestion for a better way to do that?

        Good day @[email protected]

We don't suggest to delete the Attendees since it all has a cascading effect. Based on the settings each item in the basket (Level) will become an opportunity and that should NOT be a problem.
