  • "Free" event ticket campaign error

I had created a "free" ticket level for our event and a "free" table of 10 level for our event and set them up for the box office only mode recently. There are 3 other levels (2 Active mode and 1 box office mode) that I set up a few months ago with no problems as guests bought tickets and the opportunities went into the correct campaign (2018 DFW Luncheon tickets).
When I tested the "free" levels they are being routed to our Connect campaign which handles our donations for the event (2018 DFW Donation). At the time I set the "free" levels up, I also started a new event in C&P Events and Donation page on Connect, so I'm not sure if that might have messed something up.
Can you please let me know what I need to fix? Thank you

    Good day @candace.strickland

Sorry, but I am bit confused. Are you talking about Salesforce Campaign or Connect Campaign. If you have assigned the Connect Campaign in C&P Events, then, in that case, the receipt will fire associated with that Campaign in Connect as well as the stats will update for that Campaign in Connect.

Please elaborate your question little more so that we can better assist you.

We don't have access to your instance. Please grant us access as well as share the order number so that we can review it.

The Salesforce campaign that the tickets should be going to is the "2018 DFW Women's Luncheon Tickets" but the free tickets are being routed to the Salesforce campaign "2018 DFW Donation". These purchases are not going through the Connect page, they are going through the box office.
I'm sorry if I am not explaining it well

      I have given access.

        Good day @candace.strickland

The reason for routing the Salesforce Campaign for that Level to "2018 DFW Donation" because please see:

Since there is NO Campaign assigned to the above Level, as per the below Connect Campaign settings:

the following SF Campaign (2018 DFW Donation) will get assigned for this Level because you have set that Campaign in Connect Campaign settings:

        Hope that answers your question.
