  • Event Receipt

    How do I designate a specific Receipt to be used for a CnP Event?
    First, I created a custom receipt in Connect, but don't see a field in CnP Event Mgt (salesforce) to desingate that receipt, so I don't think that's possible to use.
    Then, I checked off the Send Receipt Box in CnP Event Management, and added a Receipt Header and Terms & Conditions. However when I tried that I just received the standard default receipt.

    Any help?

      There is an option to select Connect Campaign in C&P Events under Basic Information. You will need to select the Connect Campaign there and the respective receipt which has assigned to that Connect Campaign will be sent.
