  • Broken state field in event registration

    Hello,

    For the last six months I have been experiencing issues with the pick list/drop down list for choosing a "state" while entering address information in the attendee portion of click and pledge registrations. When someone tries to add a new attendee to our event ASAP's 2018 Business of Farming Conference (https://asap.secure.force.com/events...8000001GK5FAAW) the state drop down menu says "select" but does not actually give the use the option to select a state. With older computers or browsers it seems it also prevents people from being able to write in anything either. Can you fix this, or take away the drop down slect menu and have this just be a text area? Thank you.

        Good day @rlenner

        It is due to the Country field didn't enable for contact fields of the Attendee. We enabled it and now you see the picklist for states field.

        However, while reviewing we found that you are versions behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions.

          Thank you. Yes, please update our instance. Will there be any actions that we will need to take as a result of the instance update to ensure continued compatibility between SalesForce and Click and Pledge? I will extend your login access for another 24 hours. Thank you very much.
