  • Event Registration Not Sending Internal Notifications

    We created the 2018 All-Star Game event and setup two emails to get an internal notification when someone completes their registration. For some reason we aren't receiving them even though around 10 people have registered for the event. I can't figure out what I'm missing.

    He's an order number of a test transaction I did with Amanda 37848-171102154838233
    The registrant email and the receipt to the contact works well but for some reason we're not getting copies of the receipt like we've been able to for past events.

      The reason you are not receiving the copy of receipt because you have set to NOT send in Connect.

      In order to get the receipt copy you need to select any notification template and list the email addresses.

        Okay this technically worked when I completed a test transaction BUT now I'm getting double notifications when we get donations with the subject "C&P Notification". In the past I've never had this activated and was still able to received notifications specific to the event. I added my email address to the patron receipt setting and am receiving these notifications however I have two other email address in the event specific internal notification field and they did not receive any emails once the patron receipt setting was turned on. I'm not sure what changed but the internal notification inside an event does not seem to be working.

          Good day @DNewland

          My apologize that I misunderstood. Emails listed under Events should receive the copy of System Default receipt template as it has been set in your Connect:




          As you were receiving the copy of receipt though it was NOT listed under Patron receipt settings, others should also receive the receipt. Please ask them to check their spam/junk folders for the receipt.
