  • Unable to download full attendee report from C&P Event Management

    After clicking on C&P Event Management from the top tabs on Saleforce, I select the Event Name, scroll down and select the Attendee Information link under the Reports, subheading, and choose the Download Full Report button at the top of the page. A new window opens with the error: "Attempt to de-reference a null object. An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)"

    I am just trying to get a list of full attendees. Can you help me fix this?

            You will need to grant access to C&P Support and that can be done through the System Admin user. Please contact the System Admin user of your instance and ask to grant login access to "C&P Support".

              I have finally been able to successfully grant access. I do not want to upgrade at this time as we have several active events. Can we just see if we can find the cause of the current error for now?

                Good day @ADcapri

                We reviewed your instance and the Event and found that Eleanor C*** deleted the Level from Basic Information which is the reason you are getting error while downloading the reports.

                In order to fix the issue, you will need to undelete the above Level from Recycle bin.

                          Hi,
                          Earlier you said that you could help me upgrade my Click & Pledge in Salesforce? How would we go about doing that? How long would that take? What would you need from me in order to proceed? How can we ensure that the upgrade doesn't interfere with the settings (for Oppotunities/Donations) that are already in place. I wouldn't want to change the way donations are processed or categorized in the event that this would render it impossible to compare the records before the upgrade to the records after the upgrade. Are there release notes for the subsequent upgrades that I can peruse to familiarize myself with the changes?

                            Upgrading to latest versions will NOT change any of your settings and flows. You NO need to worry about that.

                              Hi Support,
                              I have just been reading the release notes and I have a question. Currently, we are using the old portal for all of our donation pages. Will those continue to work if we upgrade to the new version of Click & Pledge or will we have to recreate all of our pages before we upgrade?
