  • Unable to download full attendee report from C&P Event Management

    After clicking on C&P Event Management from the top tabs on Saleforce, I select the Event Name, scroll down and select the Attendee Information link under the Reports, subheading, and choose the Download Full Report button at the top of the page. A new window opens with the error: "Attempt to de-reference a null object. An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)"

    I am just trying to get a list of full attendees. Can you help me fix this?

          I followed the instructions provided. Though I am not a System Admin, I granted access as myself.

            You will need to grant access to C&P Support and that can be done through the System Admin user. Please contact the System Admin user of your instance and ask to grant login access to "C&P Support".
