  • Registration Email

    I had created a Thank You for Attending registration email that is to go out the day after the event. This email is created at the beginning of the event so that all registrants will be tied to this email. The email was supposed to go out at 9am this morning and did not. I changed the time to 10:30am and it has not gone out. Why is this not working? Click & Pledge has login in privileges for our account and the event is Region 3 Meeting.

    There are some permissions missing for Registration Emails which causes the above issue. However, we have added the permission sets, moving forward if you see any issues with the registration emails please let us know.
