Hi Deja,
I figured it out after you got off the call.
You charged her the money for the second ticket using Virtual Terminal, not the Event Application. I thought I had checked that during the call, but I must have been looking at the wrong transaction.
Here is the transaction that was credited (0216) and the transaction that was charged the 2nd time (0217)
I suspect that you refunded, but then maybe used the 'Process Similar Transaction' button to run the charge for $45- which recreated the items that needed to be processed, but because it is Virtual Terminal and not Events, Event Management had no idea it happened.
Any chance that you used this button to charge the card for the 2nd ticket?
You have to run the transaction through the Box Office in Events for Event Management to catch it. I'll see if our team can provide some kind of warning to prevent this kind of issue.

Attendee Missing from Attendee Report
C&P Data ID Transaction-0217 We noticed that an attendee Cassie Reddam is missing from the Attendee Information report for our "2017 All Can Ski" event. She originally purchase the wrong level and needed to be refunded. After she was credited she re-purchased the correct level. For some reason it looks like the refund may be barring her from appearing the the report.Order Number 37848-170623151304479
