  • Temporary Contacts paid Event Errors

    Account ID 37848
    My original issue was this: The Temporary Contact of registrants were not properly being created in the Salesforce. Both contacts happened to be new so when I attempted to create their account the opportunity was being created and attached to an Anonymous Household. The temp contact would also still remain in temp contact object. With help I was able to re-run those to contacts (Order No 37848-1706201936012384910 and 37848-1706201939164200019) and they created contacts and NPSP generated their correctly named household accounts perfectly. What I'm still seeing however is that the temp contacts can still be found in the temp contact object even though the contact has been correctly generated.

    The second issue is that for another registrant from the same event that actually has a contact record, I'm a weird error when I attempt to attach the temp contact to existing contact. This records order number is 37848-1706211723292053333 and I would like to attach it to the contact Id 0031a00000hvUKKAA2. When I attempt to do that I get the following error.

    Upsert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: CANNOT_EXECUTE_FLOW_TRIGGER, The record couldn’t be saved because it failed to trigger a flow. A flow trigger failed to execute the flow with version ID 3011a000000HguW. Flow error messages: <b>An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow</b><br>An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information. Contact your administrator for help.: []

    The TWO temp contact which you are referring to, we don't found it in C&P Temporary Contacts.

    Regarding the error, we see NO issues while process the above temp contact. It has been processed successfully without any issues.
