  • One transaction did not map to Salesforce

    Hi,

    We are running a checkout page on one of our Campaigns and it seems that when we reconciled the Click and Pledge receipts with Salesforce C&P Data, ONE of them did not go through (Receipt is issued, Payment is Settled, but no C&P Data and no C&P Transactions were created) out of approximately over 75 other entries that mapped and worked correctly.

    Also, we just also found out that ONE of the transaction that was done through the C&P Virtual Terminal in Salesforce created a Data and Transaction but not an Opportunity. All other entries done through the Virtual Terminal have created an Opportunity.

    Kindly let us know why this happened.

        It seems that the settings for creating opportunity is not the same as now when above transaction processed. We simply re-posted the following order#28330-1705101102015521017 within Salesforce and it created the opportunity.

        Regarding the order#1705071420358042242, we have posted that to your instance and it is in C&P Temp contact to review and process from there.

          Ok thank you for fixing the errors but can we have some sort of explanation why this has happened (both occurrences)?

          How do we avoid it from happening again as we will face accounts reconciliation issues?

            As stated above for the order#28330-1705101102015521017 it seems it was set to not to create opportunity at the time of this transaction processed because we don't see any reason for not creating opportunity according to the current settings. We simply re-posted the C&P Data of that transaction within Salesforce and it created the opportunity.

            Regarding the second one, the data didn't posted might be due to session timeout.

              Hi,

              We are pretty sure that none of the settings were changed pertaining to creating an opportunity. That particular transaction was done on a Sunday between then and the prior and later transactions, we're sure no one has changed the settings. Is there any other reasons why this would happen?
