  • Can't change the default photo on site template

    We are trying to customize the site template for our event but I am unable to update the photo. If I delete the default and insert a photo, I get this error message:

    Upsert failed. First exception on row 0 with id a1K36000001hg3zEAA; first error: INVALID_DATA_URI, Invalid data specified, the provided data does not seem to be a valid image: [[email protected]: []
    Error is in expression '{!save}' in component <core.apexpages.components.ApexIncludeComponent> in page cnp_paas_evt:eventsdesigner: (CnP_PaaS_EVT

    If I try to upload the image, I get the attached message.

    What am I doing wrong?

    May I know the version# of C&P PaaS installed in your instance? The above issue has been already addressed in the recent release. Please see the release note: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...s-enhancements

        We have upgraded your Salesforce instance with latest version of our apps.

        It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
