Add Instructions to the billing page

We have gotten multiple comments from users about the dropdown box for payment. Apparently for some, it is not clear that it is a drop down box and that there are multiple options for payment. Is there a way to insert a line of text indicating they have multiple options? Or to change the drop down menu to radio buttons like it shows in the Box Office?

Sorry, as of now we don't have any way. However, I have forwarded this to our developers to see the possibilities to include it in upcoming releases.
