We have realized that when people try to register for at least 2 of our active events, the credit card expiration date is limited to 2026. We have had several people try to register for our events who cannot pay because their credit card expiration date is later than 2026. Is this something that I can change in settings? Please advise, this is urgent for us.

Wow! more than 10 years in CC expiration? The standard for forms are Now+9 years for a total of 10 years.
I will ask for the next update to include the change - this is not something you can change. It is in the code where the date is added to 9 years. Perhaps we can increase it to 15 years.Regards,

All forms have an expiration year of 10 years. NOW() + 10 for years. We have to have a pull down menu for this to make sure people do not type invalid values. Year for the API has to be 4 digits so we use a pull down menu.
Any pull down menu, naturally, cannot go forever.. I hope you agree. There has to be a limit. I have not heard of any credit card to be valid more than 10 years. In Connect we should 10 years but in the other apps they are listed as 10 values so they are stopping at 2026. We are making the change so they go to 20 years.
Where is your form so we can see what you are referring to. If you check the web you will see discussion around this topic and the most recommended is 10 years.

We never win! in the legacy system it was 15 years but people were complaining that it goes too long and the pull down menu is too long.. it creates a problem with mobile when the list is too long.
Now we are changing it to 20 years but the new forms are responsive so it should be OK.
I am sure someone will complain .. if they do we give them your emailRegards,

We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.
It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
