We set up an event in your Event Management app about a month ago and had it all mapped through C&P PAAS to tag the tickets and attendees as a certain record type (C&P PAAS>C&P Settings>Opportunity>Record Type). We used this link (http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...for-salesforce) and followed the directions to properly tag our tickets as tickets as they came through.
I just notice that a few days ago, the tickets are coming through as just donations and not mapping to the ticket campaign. I went back into the settings and they have changed! To map an opportunity it is now asking for a WID, but we created our event through the C&P Event Management Designer and I do not know that it even creates a WID to map it. It used to ask for a SKU at both the Opportunity and the Product mapping. It also did the campaign mapping right there and now it isn't. Our tickets are creating the SKU "CK Ticket" but we can't use that in the Opportunity Settings to map the record type to "GW Auction Ticket" because now it is asking for the WID.
Please advise on this issue. We are having multiple registrations per day and each day that this error is not resolved is creating more and more cleanup. Thanks!!
