    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested.

    It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the connect & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.

    The order number change is not yet supported with the maintenance. The update, due out in 2 weeks, will support this order number change.

    Unable to delete a temporary contact

    Account 29316

    I have 26 contacts (many duplicates) stuck in the temporary contact folder in Salesforce. I deleted them out of the record in C&P but now they won't go away in the temp contacts. This is the error I get -

    List has no rows for assignment to SObject


    An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

    I have tried these steps found in another forum topic.
    1. Go to C&P Settings
    2. Click on the Maintenance tab (left hand side)
    3. Enter the Order Number and delete all traces of the transaction.
    However, when I enter the order number I receive an error stating the Order Number is not found.

    It worked for 4 orders, but not the remaining 26. I did notice that the order numbers of those that are not being found have my 5-digit account # followed by a dash then the order number (i.e 29316-1703061249228682023).

    Any suggestions>?
