  • "Check Temp Contact" error in Event Registration

    I am having the same issue as outlined in this post: In reading through it, it sounds like there is a permission error for the user that needs to be corrected in order for the Temporary Contact to be processed correctly.

    I've granted login permission for one week. Our Org ID is 00DU0000000MCVQ. The user that's connected to Click&Pledge is [email protected].

    That is not permission issue but the data for that transaction didn't posted to your instance. However, we have posted the data and it has been fixed the issue.
