  • Can't upload an image in Events.

Organization ID: 00DG0000000kzF3 Access granted to both C&P and Salesforce.
I'm getting an error message when I try to insert an image. "The action you performed was invalid for your session. Please refresh your page and try again." I've logged out and logged back in - it didn't help.
I can't seem to upload a screenshot - it comes up too small to see, even when I tell it full size, which is several inches across. I tried loading the image into our website and giving you that as a URL, but I got an error message there as well.

    Good day @Kate

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. We have discovered the issue and are working with Salesforce support to determine the root cause. It has started since the last Salesforce update.

    See: http://salesforce.stackexchange.com/...o-upload-files

The only solution at this time is to use the Web Address until we know what is going. The latest Salesforce update is the root cause. We will issue a release as soon as we know the issue.

I'm having the same problem with image uploads too, too. Ouch. I have Events backing up on me! I don't know how to use the Web Address function either. Do yo have any documentation on that? Thanks.

          Good day!

You need to upload a image to Salesforce documents or External server and place the URL of that image in Web Address.

          Hope that helps.

Is there a way to adjust the image size after it is uploaded as a URL, or must I adjust the size before creating the URL? By the way, you can upload the image to a Salesforce document, but you must right-click on the image in the document and select "Copy Address" to get the address for the image to copy into the Designer.

            Thank you
