  • Imported Attendees to Event but can not search in check in/check out

    I am posting this for Kate Andersen who was in office hours today. Kamran asked that she post this issue to the forum.

    We recently went live with Click and Pledge events. We had some event registrations in our old event systems that we wanted to move over to our Click and Pledge events. We imported them as event attendees. They are all there but we can not search for them in the check in/check out feature.

    We reviewed the case and found out the issue. Given you have imported your attendees directly into the object you have missed one important field, namely CnP_PaaS_EVT__status__c

    The field CnP_PaaS_EVT__status__c needs to set to "Authorized" without the quotes. The search only shows the attendees whose status is set to Authorized.

    We have manually updated all your imported attendees and they are now working.
