    Hi there,

    I'm putting together an event in Salesforce, and we want to allow a discount code to be applied if and only if there are 2 registered attendees, and give the registrant 50% off the price (essentially, a 2-for-1 deal). This would be applied to a particular registration level.

    The Active Discount Type = Level Discount Plans. See the screenshot cp1.jpg for the rest of the settings.

    When I try to test the coupon code by registering, the form says the the coupon code is invalid. See the other screenshot attached.

    What is causing the error to be thrown?

    Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account so that we can review? Also, we noticed that you are at outdated versions of our apps. If you allow us we will upgrade to latest versions which may fix many issues.

      I have just granted you one weeks' access.

      We would like this event to go live tomorrow (Thursday), so we would love to have this discount issue taken care of before then. Additionally, we want to be sure nothing in the upgrade might break the existing registration form.

        We have upgraded your instance and it fixed the issue:

        However, it is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce. With this release 2 more variables are added to Salesforce with each account and as such it is important that you login and set up the connection again for all your connected accounts.
