    I had refunded the live purchases as they were not ones made by an actual person, but a custom payment

    Autoresponder not sending

    I currently have autoresponder set up to automatically send an email to a designated person whenever a purchase under an event is made, however, I was testing earlier both in test and active mode, but the autoresponder does not send out to the email entered. The normal receipts still do though. Login granted, Organization ID: 00Dj0000000Hrq9
