Hi there, I am working on a raffle event where students can purchase raffle tickets, and I am setting up this event for another group, and students have to pick up their tickets from a specified location. So the issue I am having so far right now is that I want to send an automated email to the group that is hosting the raffle of the students information so that they can verify the student has indeed purchased the tickets when they pick up, and I have it set to where whenever an authorized payment goes through, it should send an email, however it does not. It still prints the receipts that is normally generated, but not the second email to the group with the student information. Is there a possible issue on the click and pledge end? Because I am using the click and pledge SMTP sender.
