    Good day @ndlugajczyk

By default it will take the Level Start Date as Checkin Start Date. It seems that someone has edited and changed the Level Start Date for above Event.

Okay, so why is that different than the Other dates I set in the Basic Information. Shouldn't that match? Where does it come from?

    Good day @ndlugajczyk

The reason it is not listing on Swiper1 because the Checkin Start Date for the respective Event is future date. In order to see this Event in Swiper1, please update the Checkin Start Date to current date/time and click on Sync with Salesforce button in Swiper1.

This is what Natalie sees when she goes in to that screen in Swiper1 - notice just that event is missing. She is authorized to see All Events.

I am very confused now, because she was authorized, just logged in and was able to see all the other active events, just not that one Prescott event. This is also happening to another active and authorized user ...demari... If you go in and authorize her and then set her to see "certain events" that one ACTIVE Prescott Wine with the View event will not show up as an option on the list. I have tried with multiple users. This is not a case of someone NOT being authorized.

    Good day @ndlugajczyk

We reviewed your instance and noticed that you have NOT Authorized the above user "Verdiner" which is the reason they unable to view. However, we have Authorized that user and they can view the all Active Events:

It seems that due to number of accounts you have, the above user is listed couple of times and associated with different account:

The "user" that is viewing this is Verdiner not Dlugajczyk and that user is authorized for all events. Also, the user ...DeMari... had conditions set to be able to see any event with Prescott in it, and I am being told by that user they cannot see it.

    Event not showing in Swiper1

I have an event, Prescott Wine with the View, which is active and registration is active but it does not show up as a choice for my Swiper1 user to see in the app when I do the permissions. Am I missing something?
