    Hello,

    We are testing the C&P upgrade in a new Salesforce sandbox.

    One problem that we have is that members are not being added to the campaign that is associated with the event. The event is a "Named Event", and it is linked to a campaign that is also in the sandbox. When I register for event via the public registration form, I would expect to see an additional member added to the campaign.

    I found the following post:

    We only have one C&P account. Is this the root cause of the problem?

    Good day prhodes

    Please make sure your account is connected to the Sandbox. A single Click & Pledge account posts to a single Salesforce account. The campaign member, etc. only process after the C&P Data has posted to Salesforce.

    Please go to the C&P Data tab and see if the transaction has posted to the C&P Data. In the absence of the data back to Salesforce nothing will happen.

      I check C&P Data in production and sandbox, but I did not see any transactions related to my testing.

      In the sandbox, the Event registrants does show me. I have attached screenshots. I have also clicked on the "Check Temp Contact" link on the Event/Registrants page, and I get an error, "Error: This record is already processed or deleted."

        What you are describing shows that your Salesforce account is not connected to Click & Pledge.

        Please login to your C&P account and establish your connection.
