HELP! I've updated our credit card validation and charge URLs in the AFSF Custom Settings, but when I click to Save Credit Card on the Check in Tab it does not pull up the credit card window and says "Sorry, Can't Find Account". The C&P and SF accounts are connected and verified. One discrepancy I found was our Salesforce Org ID in the C&P Embedded Virtual Terminal has 3 more letter digits than the one in Click and Pledge Portal. Why can't these accounts match up? Could it be we just need to update our instance?
