Visualforce Error on C&P Event Management Tab

When accessing the C&P Event Management Tab, I'm receiving the following error:

Visualforce Error
System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS_EVT)

I am working through a solution for a client to bulk insert CnP events while you all work on the bulk event import utility on your end so these events have been configured differently than normal.
This record is a sample of one that's missing something in its configuration: 1207 - Another County (Youth) - 04-05-17. When I delete that record the Events tab loads correctly.
I have granted Click and Pledge Support access to the following sandbox org ID: 00D8A0000008xVq.
