Registrants incorrectly signed up for multiple events

Hello,

My team noticed that when a person signed up for an event, they were also automatically getting signed up for events hosted in different cities/ dates.

This report identifies the people who are incorrectly signed up for two events https://na44.salesforce.com/00O0M000009AdXU. I spoke to Kamran about this during live support and he instructed me to post this on the forum. It looks like this started happening 9/23 - right after our account was upgraded to the latest C&P (https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...-for-campaigns).

We reviewed your event and found the issue. You have assigned the 2014 campaign. See:



by assigning this campaign to the LEVEL the registrant is being added to both the event campaign and the level campaign.

Your level campaign is the one for 2014.

Thank you so much for the quick turn around! It looks like all of the events are currently set up to default to the picklist value for 'none'. Moving forward would you say we should keep this defaulted as 'Copy From: Orientation Registration"? (attached)
