When registrants register for an event through our C&P registration page, when their records are created, the C&P Event Registered Attendee and C&P Event Registrant create two different contact records. These two contact records, create two separate household/account records, even though they are registered at the same time, and in our case have a child/parent relationship. Is there any way to get those records into the same Account (or Household, in our case with NPSP)?
If not, What's the order of operations that those records are created? I know that the C&P records are created before the contact records, but where do the households fall in? I would like a little more clarity on this.
