  • Not Receiving Registration Emails

    I created a new Event- Experience Alpha London and created a test registration. I did not receive the registration email to my gmail account nor did I receive a bcc to my work email. (I did however receive the invoice receipt to my work email- which is a system default) I went to the Registration (it's my initials as First Name, Last Name - m c) and selected the "Email Registration" button 2 more times over 15 minutes. The system never sent an email. I checked the email address to be sure I didn't input it incorrectly and it's fine. Can you take a look and see what the problem may be?

    We cloned one of the existing event and tested, we received the following registration email as expected -

    I am wondering if our emails are being blocked or ending up in a spam folder. Please check spam/junk folder for the Email.

      You did not read my post correctly. The problem I'm having is with the event- Experience Alpha London. I just placed another test registration on that event and did not receive the registration email to my Gmail account (as the registrant) nor did I receive a bcc to my work email. I did receive the invoice email to my work email (which is a system default for all events). The registration does appear in the Click and Pledge event module. So it appears that everything is working properly except no email is being sent on this event. I'm sure Gmail isn't blocking the email and it's not in my Gmail Junk folder. I also manually went to the registration and selected the "Send Registration Email" button. I still did not receive a subsequent email

      Please Note: One change I made to this email is I included the event agenda link: {@Agenda-Link} Could that be causing a problem?
