C&P Event Went Missing!!!!!!!!

  • C&P Event Went Missing!!!!!!!!

    My org has been using the C&P event management for trainings and so far we've had nothing but positive experiences. However, today we noticed that one of the events went missing!!!!!! The event's internal name is "ESL - October 10, 12, 17 and 19, 2016." We've already had a few people register.... but for some reason it disappeared and is no longer listed in our C&P Event Management page. When I use the public link to our event, the follow message is displayed:
    • The Event is not found
    • There are no active C&P accounts for this event
    • There is no Template selected for this Event!

    Any help with finding and reinstating the event, as well as why this may have happened, and advice for stopping this from happening would be appreciated. Thanks!

    We reviewed your instance and found that the Event which are referring to has been deleted. We found that the Event is in the Recycle bin:

    However, restoring the Event from Recycle bin will bring the Event back under C&P Event Management. You may do that by clicking on Undelete button by selecting the Event.
