Custom Question mapping is not working

I have set up an event in salesforce. I have created custom questions in the levels and have gone to C&P Setup and mapped the questions to the opportunity. In the past I have also mapped to a contact record. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but the salesforce fields do not populate with the answers to the questions. I have granted access. my salesforce id is

it works for campaigns and it works for payment methods but I cant get anything else to work.. The answers show up on the C&P report though.

Please note that Custom Question Mapping can be done for the registration information (REGISTRANT) but NOT for the Level information (Attendees).
