    I understand, but that is the only information I was given. If I get more information I will let you know. Hopefully once I upgrade it will fix any issues. People like to complain but not explain the issues. Thanks for your help!

    Unfortunately that does not tell me anything specific. Did they receive an error? Did it crash on them? Did the transaction decline?

    We have had people say they could not complete and after many questions and answers we have found out the card has declined and that is what they were meaning by not completing. We have to know what not being able to complete means.

    Sorry for this but we need to know what happens?

    Do you have specifics about the "issue" they were having? You stated that some people are having problem.. what is the problem? If we know details we can figure out what the root cause may be.

    The link you have shared does not go to a correct site.

    May I ask where is the page you have included the iframe code in? We need to see where people are going to register.

    Also your instance is not up to date and we highly recommend that we upgrade you as soon as possible. The new release fixes a bug that is in Google Chrome autocomplete feature. This is not a C&P bug but one that is present in Google Chrome versions 51, 52, and 53. The new update has added a workaround for this Chrome bug. We strongly recommend that we upgrade you early morning to minimize any impact.

    I set up an event and some people say they are having issues registering for it. Many have not had an issue either. Could this be a browser thing?
