    We adjusted your permission set so next time simply assign the same permission set to the new user and you should not have any problems.

    All should be fine moving forward.

    We found out the permission issue and resolved it.

    Please test it and let us know if the user still experiences the problem.

    The issue was related to a recent update where the permission was not assigned to the user during the upgrade.

    We have reviewed the permissions and have made some adjustments. Please review & let us know.

    The challenge we have is we can't check as that user. If you still have issues please create a user for us with the following properties:

    Username : [email protected]
    Profile : iMentor-Volunteer Team
    email : [email protected]

    Using this user we can login and check the issue directly. Please make sure to use the email listed as we will be able to set the password.

    Good to know. I have not changed her permissions, it must have been someone from C&P support. I just tested and the user still cannot edit and save the campaign.

    What you are describing is a permission issue. The user does not have proper permission.

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that the user: Baer, L. had the permission changed yesterday. Have you edited the permissions? Is it working now?

    If you are still having issues please let us know the user's name and we will review the permissions.

    Hmm, that's odd. She has not disabled cookies.

    I am able to change campaigns from my license but when I login as her I am not able to change the campaign (even when I use the same browser), which makes me thing it's specific to her license/settings.

    We have tested this thoroughly with Chrome 42, 43 beta and 44 Canary.

    All versions work without any issues.

    Has the user disabled cookies?

  • User cannot save campaign under 'additional information' section

    Hello,

    When one of my users goes under 'additional information' to edit the SF campaign each C&P event is attached to, it seems like the 'Save' button doesn't work for her - you can see she clicks it but the record is clearly not saved. The function works for me but not for her.

    My org ID is 00D300000006WoJ and the user is Lindsay Baer. I have granted C&P login access.
