Error Message when Using iframe option

Hello - a real newbie here.

We are setting up a page to purchase tickets to ten different operas, each opera has six levels of tickets, Met member, senior, adult, etc. We are using our own webpage for the descriptions and then a C&P iframe for the actual ticket purchase below each opera description.

I entered what I thought was all the required info and then clicked on the iframp option under "additional information". When I paste in the iframe code on my page, I receive the following error message:

Registration Level Coming soon!

I have obviously forgotten something simple but I have not been able to determine what. Any help would be most appreciated.

Good day!

Please review your Registration Level START & END dates.

The message says the level start date is in the future so as of this MOMENT none of your levels have started.

Thank you for the tip - did not realize the ticket levels date was causing the problem. Now, however, when I bring my iframe into my page, there is no option to show the number of reservations, (or tickets)

It may be easier to show the page where I am trying to adopt C&P iframes rather than the current shopping cart software. This page allows customers to select any number of tickets or reservations at multiple levels for any of the ten operas shown on the page for the entire season. And make one payment! Am I banging my head against a brick wall for trying to emulate this ticket page using C&P?

Good day!

In the current release of the Events (will change in release 10 due out before the end of 2015) the registrant adds attendees to each level individually. The same person needs to be added to each level if wanting to register for multiple levels.

There are 2 options: anonymous and named registration

In the named registration a person has to add his/her name to each level whereas in the anonymous a quantity is added and the registrant enters his/her information once.

Depending on how you with to present the information you may choose one or the other option.

In summary a person cannot select multiple levels and enter his/her information once if you are using the named registration.
