I just tried to test an event registration and everything seems to be working correctly, however, I received two receipts (I used my own email address to test); one from the email I want to registrants to see, and one from my email (I am the system admin) why is that? Also, I am not receiving the registration email. Why is that?
This is the test event site. Is it causing an issue that we are using the iframe code in our own site instead of a site template? Or could it be that there was not a cost to the particular (test) registration that I did?
