  • No registration email being sent/two receipts recieved

    I just tried to test an event registration and everything seems to be working correctly, however, I received two receipts (I used my own email address to test); one from the email I want to registrants to see, and one from my email (I am the system admin) why is that? Also, I am not receiving the registration email. Why is that?

    This is the test event site. Is it causing an issue that we are using the iframe code in our own site instead of a site template? Or could it be that there was not a cost to the particular (test) registration that I did?
    The 2nd Annual Oktoberfest. Families are welcome to participate or just come & enjoy. Multiple categories for entrants to participate. Music, food, fun! Fifth grade science classes will be making homemade rootbeer.

    Please note that the Organization always receives a copy of the receipt. Since you have used your email as registrant, you received two copies. However, please grant us login access to your instance and share the order number to which the Registration Email didn't sent.

      Okay, so if I am understanding correctly then, the donor will only receive one receipt, but I will also always get a separate receipt copy as well.

      I have granted access. The order number is 160907170627495

        Yes, you are correct and the reason for not sending the registration email for above order number is because you have not selected the level "Test" in the Registration Emails:
