    Good day!

    We reviewed your instance and realized what is going on. Your events that were using the deleted template were returning error.

    We assigned a different template to that event and now it works.

    You will need to go to each event and assign a new template in the BASIC tab of the event. There is nothing that can be done with the deleted template- the only option you have is to create a new template or modify and existing one and assign it to the event.

    May I ask what the issue is?

    You are also not at the latest release of event. If you want we can upgrade your instance to all the latest releases. We highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest release as soon as possible.

    Need help immediately please! Registration down!

    I tried to delete a template in C&P Event Management and somehow looks like all my events current, archived, and upcoming all got deleted! We have active registrations on many of these events! Is there a way to either retrieve the data or recreate it FAST!
