    There are certain permissions to be assigned in order to access those fields. We have permission sets included with the package. We simply assigned the permission sets to the access user.

    It seems issue with the permissions, we have assigned permission sets to the access user. Can you test now please.

    Registration Email Fields Locked

    I'm in C&P Event Management and trying to create a new Registration Email for attendees at one of our Events. However, when I go to create a new email some of the required fields are locked and won't let me select or enter data. The fields are Recipient, Mode, From Name, From Email, Bcc, and Subject.
