  • Stuck in Autoresponder

    I am having event registrations get stuck in the autoresponder queue. The messages are being sent over and over again but never register in the log. Both the event registrant and our staff who is bcc on the email are getting multiple copies of the emails. In one case the autoresponder sent almost 30 emails before I manually deleted. Right now I have three stuck and emails are being delivered now since yesterday.

            We reviewed your instance and found that the above issue is due to the user who have submitted the job having insufficient permissions:

            And the above user is having insufficient permissions to their profile: "CNM Education"

            On every scheduled date/time, job has been running and emails are being sent but unable to delete the jobs nor able to update the logs which is the reason you are seeing multiple emails.

            In order to fix the above issue, you will need to delete the Job or give permissions to the user profile.
