  • Addresses not carrying over to SF?

    What dumb thing am I not doing where the contact info does not carry over into the contact when creating new clients or updating clients in Event Management registrations?


    I would think it is a choice (selection) somewhere - I have checked C&P Settings and the Event settings with no luck?

    What is the account number or Org ID?

    Is this related to: Foundation for Exceptional Warriors as your profile states?

    Please let us know the Salesforce Org ID and the Click & Pledge account # so we can review the setting.

        Good day!

        There was an issue with the C&P Setting which was not saved correctly.

        We removed all posts and re-posted all transactions resolving all issues.

        You should not have any problems moving forward.

            Good day!

            We fixed them all for you and all transactions are correctly posted.

            Please go to the Registrants tab and click on the Temporary Contacts and resolve the attendee temporary contacts. See below:

            Registrations > Manage Temporary Contact

            Go to the Attendee list and process the temp.

            All transactions are posted and simply need to be managed as temps if needed.
