    Hello,

    I'm attempting to put an event on sale today, but the registration widget is showing as "Temporarily Down"--I've scheduled the event to publish immediately. Is there something I might be overlooking that's causing that message, or is the system down?

    Good day!

    Nothing is down or having issue. All systems are 100% up and event is also hosted on Salesforce so it is outside the C&P scope.

    Please send us the link to your event so we can review it.

    Also if you grant us login access we can review your setting.
    Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you to the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.

      Hi,

      In the time it took me to grant access, it looks like the problem resolved itself. The event link is here:

      I've granted access anyway, our org name is the TEAM and ID is 00DF00000005zAO. In case you want to look at what was setup?

        Good day!

        We have reviewed your instance and do not see any issues. The issue you experienced might have been due to Salesforce time to update the page.

        You are also on an older release & we highly recommend that you upgrade to the latest release.

        Let us know if you wish for us to upgrade your instance to all the latest releases. This is a free service and we highly recommend that you upgrade.
