Need to issue partial credit and help with group rate

Hello, I posted a group rate code and when a person registered 2 people only one of the registrations was issued the lower rate. I need to issue a small credit, how do I do that? Also, when I create a discount code how do I get it to work for all people registering at one time. For example, we have a discount code for a group of 5 or more. We want the code to work for all in the group, not just one.

We do not support partial refund. The entire transaction needs to be credited back and then the new transaction needs to be charged. Since the credit card is already on file and may be used as reference transaction you can charge the card anytime you want. The following links may be of help:
